Hold up. I used to make minimum wage at a small pizza joint as a teen....you’re telling me I should’ve been able to afford my own place?!?!?!
Yes. With two bedrooms so you can have one for your home office or guests or whatever. That’s now considered “basic housing” for a single person making minimum wage.
