Come on. You really think they would subpoena that footage? That sounds like a lot of work to me for a dude they supposedly caught with a crack pipe. In my experience cops don’t do a lot of work unless it’s worth it. I guess it would be nice to know the real backstory.

Asking for his ID was to intimidate him and make him think he was in trouble so he would get scared and comply when he didn’t have to.
