Nah he’s right here. The only reason they wanted to see his phone was so they could destroy evidence. If they didn’t do anything wrong, they should have just let him go and not lied to him. He sucks but cops do this stuff all the time just to feel tough.
So then they wanted to subpoena the footage so they could destroy it later? After he has had a chance to save it multiple places? I also think he could’ve just walked away at any point like he did at the end. He was being unnecessarily provocative.
