That’s inane. What an idiotic city we live in. Great contrast to show it though. Restaurants try so hard to meet all these restrictions, meanwhile drug dealers don’t even pretend to hide what they’re doing.
San Francisco during Covid: restaurants can only sell alcohol if there is also a food purchase, or they will get shut down. Also San Francisco during Covid: drug dealers can sell fentanyl wherever, whenever, however. They will never be shut down.

And no taxes for the dealers either as taxpayers pay for all the extra clean up from their clients, the junkies.
