      Hi Lee. It is not anecdotal. There is data in this column, some of it from the DA himself. Of course the DA is not responsible for the abuse. But he is responsible for prosecuting it and isn’t doing that in the vast majority of felony domestic violence cases. You’re ok with that?

      please read the extensive responses by @equalityAlec and others to what is so wrong with your piece. it is a hit piece. it's a pattern of misleading pro-POA journalism from the SF chronicle. it's also totally anti-feminism. who cares what women want? that is what you're saying.
