one reason it's so hard to stop fentanyl is that fentanyl can be made in a variety of ways using readily available chemicals. even if you could regulate them successfully, cartels could simply use "pre-precursors" to make the precursors needed to make it.

In case you were wondering why this is. Warnock 2022 is over-performing in wealthier precincts. In other words, Walker is doing worse in those areas than Loeffler did. In a close state like Georgia that can make the difference. washingtonpost.com/politics/2022/

The pattern to keep in mind for tomorrow night is "blue-red-blue". The first votes to be counted are usually early-in person. In 2022 Warnock won those votes by 7pp. And the early vote so far suggests that they might lean even more Democratic this time round.

History is happening, for me and all but 2 Senate Republicans: They are having an actual, contested vote for their conference leader. Votes happening now. Last actual vote between 2 Senate Rs -- Lott vs Cochran, June 1996 -- only Grassley & McConnell were here for.
