After hearing the SF Mayor and Chesa Boudin speak in @joinClubhouse one thing has become clear about SF politicians. They have no idea what their goals are, but they absolutely know who to blame for not achieving them.

A person that doesn’t live here in SF has little credibility about our city. I heard Mayor
@LondonBreed say the same thing about crime trend that@chesaboudin said, yet one has a recall effort and the other doesn’t - my bias is not to disenfranchise voters. Yes, we have problems.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

I would have no problem recalling
@LondonBreed either but Chesa is doing way more damage at the moment.1 reply 0 retweets 4 likes -

I disagree - if you do then organize and vote him out in the next election and the same with the mayor. Or better yet, run for office yourself and see how many voters can support your idea

He will be voted out when enough residents are assaulted at gunpoint or their loved ones are raped and then offered tote bags and a gift card while the rapist goes free.

It’s hard to watch this happen to my city. it’s going to take time to get this under control - I don’t see any quick solutions even with a different DA. The buck stops with the head of this city and that’s Mayor
@LondonBreed but I am also cutting her some slack#COVID19 1st.2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes
It is sad. And if people keep making excuses for Chesa and normalizing the act of letting felons go free and victims getting gift cards, he may never get voted out.

That’s democracy - it’s a tanker, not a speed boat. “The arc of history *does* bend towards justice”
