My neighborhood has always been violent. Been saying the same things you have for years, but I get the the response, isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be in the ghetto. You won’t find compassion or empathy for dead ghetto dwellers. These neighborhoods exist for a reason.

Yes and understand. And every now and then I read about humans who work to transform lives in the ghetto like these people on Skid Rowhttps://m.imdb.com/title/tt1326226/ …

I am an Italian glass artist. My art wouldn’t even be considered art to anyone indigenous. The only art allowed in SF is woke art. It’s always selective.Your talent is worthless with a crowd like that. If I hadn’t witnessed it myself, I wouldn’t of thought it existed. Art is dead

Can you share pictures of your art? I refuse to believe art is dead, as creativity is an innate part of our human spirit.

When local colleagues like
@publicglass in SF throw perfectly good white people under the bus for their time and talent. You know that art is dead, at least for dagos. Is there any other art form where this is happening? I am sure there is. Why bother contributing anymore?pic.twitter.com/MHSiO3LazH

Guess I have been in the equine industry too long. Where your horse is your example of your abilities and talents. You can’t hide it. There was never questions if you’re are good enough because those humans never left the barn. In art, you’re judged by your skin tone.

Thanks for the pics, beautiful work! Where do you do you make your glass? I’ve seen classes at
@TheCrucible and have been curious about it.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

I built a studio at home so I didn’t have to deal with bigotry like that. There are not many places to torch soft glass these days. The focus anymore is large pieces and weed pipes. Lampwork is imported and cheap, even Museum of Glass in Tacoma carries imported glass.

Do you have a website or sell anyplace? Hand crafted treasures make the best gifts.

Would love to get my work out there. All of the galleries I used to supply have closed up. I just recently started making the transition to online sales. Have had an Etsy shop for ages, but haven’t used it yet for finished pieces, just bead sales. Thanks for the encouragement

Maybe you can share your Etsy site or website when you’re ready to sell your stuff. I’d love to see more art in my Twitter feed.
