@chesaboudin says cycling dealers in and out of jail doesn’t accomplish anything. He wants to start a new specialty court to prosecute Honduran dealers trafficked here and working for cartels. If there is 14% extra capacity now why aren’t those beds utilized? Also Shamman says “people don’t like our programs” but they don’t say why. Perhaps we should fix our current system before spending a $1b a year?! Boy do our Supes like the honey
