If their scholarship is income, that makes them employees of the university, and eligible for all the legal protections that accompany such a designation. How much do you think it will cost to cover worker’s comp claims for just football players alone?

Academic Scholarships are different from NCAA scholarships. Colleges receive mass money from mass marketing their players. Income under NCAA is super strict. The best interest of any student on scholarship is to stay in the perimeters of the school and the team. Youtube can wait
