I feel rather badly for the Apple folks who no longer have a weekend and engineers who don’t get to enjoy their reveal thanks to leakers.

Once the leaks are out, they’re news, even if I don’t care for the news. What bugs me is that this info leaked in the first place.

Well… Apple leaked the whole thing. Then again, it’s been fantastic resources for designers and developers to prepare.

Absolutely. As a how-to writer/developer/designer, it’s super-helpful. But I think it ruins it for the average user.

Honestly, the average user has no idea about leaks. I keep getting asked about « what’s new with Apple ? » when I see friends or family.

So they do know? ...because they ask us (
#applenewsgeeks). That's how all my avg user friends and family know everythibg about upcoming gear

Agreed. I am actually bummed out that we got all these leaks. All this work they could’ve showed off being proud of themselves.

Tackling all these UI/UX and hardware problems and challenges. All that hard work, now just simply shown off through leaks.
