No, no new crypto development at all in the UK.

Glad to see this article as I’ve seen response times worsen to the point of absurdity. For instance, hit and run on Oak St. took off a car door w/ woman inside. Disabled car. And eye witnesses of driver agreed to wait. Yet dispatchers refused to send an officer. That seems wrong.

My storage locker was broken into last May and about $4000 worth of old boat electronics and my cooking stuff was stolen. I've tried about once a month since then to get to come take a report. I always end up waiting until the storage place closes for cops that never come.

The academic harm caused by #SchoolVouchers is one of the most robust findings of the last decade of #education policy evaluation.
Ten years now: all negative. Hugely so.
I can’t believe we’re even still having this f-cking conversation in 2023 🤦♂️

It's a little surreal reading a Covid report about a village in China I visited 15+ years ago.
In April 2016, I broke the story of Trump and Putin, using Russian open sources. Afterwards, I heard vague intimations that something was awry in the FBI in New York, specifically counter-intelligence and cyber. We now have a suggestion as to why. 0/20

So, if your picture of the economy came entirely from headlines and cable chyrons — which is probably true for many — would you know that the economy has grown 6.7 percent under Biden so far and inflation for the past 6 months was 1.9 percent? 1/

More on why sharrows shuck, from one of their biggest former proponents.
I've been going in pretty hard on and @jbrowder1 for the past couple of days, and I've had a lot of people defending the service, saying that it could be a real boon to those who can't otherwise afford legal aid.

I’m gonna talk about something that I’m not supposed to talk about.
I’m a 37 year old with dentures.
I was dirt poor for most of my adult life, and worked jobs that didn’t offer dental care (hospitality/serving). Small problems like cavities became BIG problems.

As hate speech against gays and Jews surged on Twitter in recent months, real-world attacks did as well. Some of the antisemitic attackers cited rapper Ye, who tweeted virulently anti-Jewish sentiments after Elon Musk welcomed him back.

I keep getting interviews where people ask "Have you personally experienced anti-Asian hatred yourself?" and I really don't know how to convince people that anti-Asian hate isn't, like, a rare thing. It's all over the fucking place. It's rarer to NOT experience it.
