Fully behind you on the need for well funded education, health care etc. But a lot of great people divert a ton of energy into tax engineering orthogonal to their value creation potential when rates are high. Energy is allocated over time. Munger is right... Incentives matter
That a higher tax rate would stifle innovation by discouraging entrepreneurship is a total myth. You know what will kill innovation?
