The Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino was fined $450k in 1991 for providing nine luxury cars -- including Ferraris, a Bentley, and a Rolls Royce -- to Robert Libutti. LiButti never owned the cars. He accepted checks totaling $1.6m instead and then gambled the $$ away at Trump Plaza.
