Angiographically temptation to spot stenting before D1. OCT reveals concentric calcium, 3.9 mm2 MLA and plaque rupture. Predil with NC (@ 26 atm) cracked the calc. Provisional strat, KIB and POT with great new carina and ostium of D1.

Few months ago, this elderly man was admitted in CCU with heart failure and we diagnosed severe obstructive sleep apnea as the cause. He's on night CPAP and made amazing improvement! He recently made a trip to #sabarimala and brought prasadam for me! (Pic posted with permission)
