When a person hits that subscribe button they are saying, I want this person's content... not I want you @Youtube to decide what portion of content I get.... C'mon guys, to subscribe is an action, which means that sub is saying, give me this content

In the past, some viewers were frustrated with how many notifications they received. Not everyone felt that way, so we added the bell. For any subs who are worried they're missing content, they can get all notifications by changing their settings here: http://goo.gl/XLDtz4

All of the videos will still show up in your subs feed. As not every sub wanted to receive a proactive notification, we created the bell so viewers had a choice.

Well
@TeamYouTube here's the actual problem. Bell icon is not working for everyone who wants it. I do not get notifications for some channels like@markiplier@Its_TeamEdge etc I've to always check myself. And you have Unsubscribed me automatically for like 3 times in few months1 reply 1 retweet 13 likes -

@YouTube use to be such a great experience before. I dont know what happened since 2017 everything is always broken. If you disable comments all likes and views gets frozen there is always monetization problems even after you apply for manual reviews. It makes me not wanna upload2 replies 0 retweets 8 likes -

Since 2017. Wish I would live your life. YouTube is brokem since years now. There is at least one thing that never works. Sometimes it's the subbox, other times it is the bell function. It'll will never work for 100%

I know that but since 2017 it's actually gotten really worse.
