    بارها شده از شنیده‌ایم که وقتی در مورد با تماس گرفته‌اند، آن‌ها به بهانه اینکه دعوی زن و شوهری‌است یا تو مالک نیستی یا نمی‌توانیم وارد منزل بشویم و دستورقضایی لازم است،از انجام وظیفه خودداری کرده‌اند اینجا به این می‌پردازم که پلیس چگونه تخلف می‌کند؟

    سه فعال مدنی اما که میخواستند در خصوص عملکرد مسئولین شکایتی طرح کنند همچنان در بند هستند.

    ارسال عملکرد در ستاد کرونا به قوه‌قضاییه نمایندگان مجلس پس از قرائت گزارش کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان در مورد عملکرد «حسن روحانی» به عنوان رئیس وقت ستاد ملی کرونا گزارش این عملکرد را به قوه قضائیه فرستادند

    تقاضای تجدیدنظرخواهی آقای بدون بررسی و تشکیل جلسه رسیدگی در شعبه ۳۶ دادگاه تجدیدنظر، برخلاف ماده ۴۵۰ قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری رد شد و حکم یک سال حبس تعزیری و مجازاتهای تکمیلی عینا تایید شد.

    شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب اسلامی رای آقایان ، و را صادر کرد. براساس این حکم، به اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام آقای نبوی به ۱ سال حبس تعزیری، آقای علی‌بخشی به ۴ ماه حبس تعزیری و آقای حقیقت‌جوان به جزای نقدی بدل از ۳ ماه حبس محکوم شدند ۱/۳

    Quite an alarming development:

    Breaking: & in joint statement deem Israel's move to effectively outlaw 6 Palestinian NGOs "an attack on the int'l human rights movement" & warn that intl community's response will be "true test of its resolve to protect rights defenders." We proudly stand with them
