Is the Helpful Content Update likely to have site-wide effect on multilingual sites?
Example, let's say medlineplus.gov is impacted as the update rolls out for English content. Would this also have any effect on its Spanish pages? Thanks!

Just what I was asking myself, mine is a multilingual site, and the Spanish version represents 70% of my income... I hope it won't be affected, that way I can use the English version for testing.
