Data show that although numbers rose from May to Sept 2020 to a high not seen since 2019 before leveling off and staying high from Oct '20 to Jan '21, HHS waited to request aid until Jan 15th--five months after the surge began. #BidenBorderCrisis #BorderCrisis #data #OpenScience
