Millions of Americans are now working remotely; Congress should too. We have vital work to do.
Congress must be able to vote remotely in times of national crises.

Sorry Rob. You don’t get to ditch work the same way you do your constituents.

Grocery store clerks and fast food workers show up every day. Why can't you?
If you can vote remotely, I should be able to do the same.
I don't trust Camp Runamuck to set up online voting securely, so let's have mail-in ballots for every voter.

As far as I can tell you are working remotely. Nothing you do can be remotely considered as work.

Essential workers show up for work. Every day. Doctors, police, grocery workers, EMTs, truckers, nurses, postal workers, etc. Stop whining. Put a mask on and go to work like your constituents do. If you can’t be bothered, you’re nonessential. #SaveTheUSPS

An astonishing level of tone-deaf self-centered whining on display here by Senator Portman!

You shouldn’t get to vote remotely until you make sure ALL Americans can vote remotely. Fund an all-mail general election, and then you can have your remote voting.
