The “Phase 3.5” deal provides $320B to the #PaycheckProtectionProgram to keep businesses open & workers on payroll.
It also includes $100B to expand testing & support hospitals.
We still have much more to do, but this is a good agreement and the Senate should pass it today.

But no food for the hungry
No hazard pay for essential workers
No grant for the USPS which your party is trying to kill.
Quit gloating that you got to replenish what has already been abused as a corporate slushfund.

So "good agreement" means Dems were right to "play politics?" I get so confused.

Wait a minute Rob. Yesterday you were complaining about Democrats holding up the $250B bill. Now you are saying $100B for hospitals and testing. Democrats held out for that help. Tell the truth!

It will all go to your donors like everything else you’ve done. You have no credibility. Resign.

I've read the text of "3.5" aside from the 30 billion funding designated for small and community banks I don't see anything that offers any guardrail to ensure that we don't get a repeat of 'CV3' where 2% of the applicants got 30% of the funds - Main St is dying .... period
