Congress must be able to fulfill its constitutional duties even when it is not safe to convene in person. That is exactly why we must be able to vote remotely. I urge my colleagues to support my bipartisan resolution to allow it.

I am a constituent. Why are you so scared about going to work? There's multiple people who are essential workers who show up every day because their corporate masters require them to.

How about going to the state house and convincing the protesters that staying home is the patriotic thing to do during this difficult time. It’s the right thing to do.
