Barrett’s appointment will only energized us progressives and result in an expanded reformed court with inevitable and much needed term limits. Resist! But if she’s appointed anyway it will be a Pyrrhic victory for the Rs.

Or how about we stick with the intended division of power and let the legislature make the laws instead of the courts then we don’t have to worry about a few individuals with life time appointments. Everyone should be able to live with that. At least these new justices would...
