As FBI has said, it has put her detailed claims in the file. (And she has been invited to testify.) That is the FBI's job done. As FBI has noted, any other "investigation" would be handled by local law enforcement--that is if statute of limitations were not long past...../

As both a matter of law, and the Constitution, the FBI does NOT have jurisdiction. Congressional legislation & POTUS signature required to change. Investigation demands a blatant delay tactic by politics who know better & count on ignorance of their ideological supporters.

What the GOP is doing is disgusting-shoving through an unfit judge. It seems to me Dr. Ford's the one whose life is being destroyed-you do realize she's been doxxed and she and her family are getting death threats. Re: Garland. They didn't bother. They never even met with him.

So because Senators did not meet with Garland, Kavanaugh’s reputation should be destroyed. Have we come to the point that we destroy people or put them in jail because of political differences? Is that what the Democratic Party stands for now?

No they apply the constitution as it was designed: to interpret laws as they were written not to have it apply to their political agendas.
