Gorsuch appointment didn’t upset the balance of the SupCt - he was Scalia’s replacement. Kennedy was a swing vote Justice. Kavanaugh confirmation would swing the court to conservative 5-4 majority.

The problem with your logic is that Kavanaugh doesn't fit your idea of someone that would sexually assault a woman. That kind of logic is what helped the BTK murderer and the Green River Killer get away with what they did for so long. Never judge a book by its cover.
