When Democrats controlled Washington, more than 75 percent of manufacturers said an unfavorable business climate from taxes and regulations was a top concern. Now, fewer than 19 percent say that. Republican policies are working.

I'm not in the know or anything but who do you think the middle and working class work for? If these manufacturers decide to pack up and move due to unfavorable conditions, how does that help the middle and working class?
