You forgot all of the companies that promptly announced layoffs. CEOs and shareholders are getting rich, the rest of us get either an insulting one-time PR gimmick or fired.

So why didn't you just give them the bonuses directly with a bigger cut, balanced by a smaller corporate cut and no upper income cut? Did that not even occur to you? Btw, Sam's Clubs are closing throughout the country.

And how many of those same companies will be have massive layoffs of it's workers this year?? Quite a few according to business reports.

When folks lose their health insurance because of the Medicaid exemption, I expect we'll see more jobs in healthcare disappear. Healthcare is 1/6 of US GDP. I doubt Kentucky is an exception.
