It looks like today’s the day. House Democrats may finally stand behind the rushed, unfair, and nakedly partisan impeachment that they themselves delayed for four weeks. The ‘prosecutors’ have finally overcome their cold feet.

Is it really "cold feet" when you and Graham both declared that you have no interest in even calling witnesses if you can get away from it, and also have no interest in conducting a "fair trial?"

Well considering the right to a fair trial is a right reserved for the Defendant not prosecution, and also the defense is under no obligation to call any witnesses in its defense and certainly not ones the prosecution wishes to be called....
