It deepens our partnership with Jordan as it faces an unprecedented humanitarian challenge from the chaos in Syria.
This legislation also includes the bipartisan Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act. It makes a crystal-clear statement to the murderous regime of Bashar Al-Assad and those who abet it: Your brutality needs to end.

hmmm does this include "If anyone speaks against Israel, they'll lose their job, get arrested, etc etc etc" Seems I read where there is some free speech infringment among this.
Why should it be ironclad? You've allowed POTUS to screw our other major allies. And hang out with Putin, Erdogan, Kim Jong Un, MSB w/out a bit of protest abt any of them. You let POTUS get away w shutting the Gov down, when you could have helped stop it. If you're not
willing to protect the average "Jane" & "John" , get the hell out your job and the Senate. Looking to move to a state just to vote against the Republican Mob in DC
