    Remember the Halifax shooting? Apparently RCMP just left a women for dead and tried to lie and say she had no pulse whole her Fitbit was reading heart activity for 8 hours.

    That said you should try to slowly incorporate healthy choices over time and eventually be eating a decent amount of fruits and vegetables, you don't have to start off perfect.

    600 calories 50 protein 15 gat 55 carbs Turkey / chicken hot dogs Skim milk cheese Low sugar ketchup / mustard If you can't diet because you hate "healthy" food then eat stuff like this. I rather someone lose 100 pounds eating an average diet than fail and remain overweight.

    For clarification we were told if me and garfield had proof of contracts we could potentially be added under the emergency transfer rule, in the end we were denied but everything we did was based on what we were told by the admins. We hold no animosity towards ESL, such is life.
