“Two Thirds of the Sprint”. Unknown Author. Digital Canvas on JIRA. Circa 2019.

Notice the contrast between the simplicity of the theoretical grey line and the chaotic red line representing real life. The author expresses through this graph the anguish of completely losing control over reality and seeing the ideal line fade away into the distance. Notice also how the red line does not include real progress only planification, as if to represent a life spent in wishful thinking, never realization

I am seeking collaborators and discussion partners to continue rethinking machine learning from a perspective of typed functional programming, denotational design, and category theory. Please let me know if you're interested and what you could offer. Retweets appreciated.

(thread) [CW: GRAPHIC] Philadelphia just came perilously close to experiencing what could have been one of the most horrific industrial accidents in world history. It's by the force of sheer luck are we not watching thousands of children die slow, painful deaths on CNN today.

We are looking for testers for our Steady Type keyboard for iOS. This is a touchscreen keyboard for people with hand tremors. No hardware, no voice, just comfortable, accurate, reasonably fast typing.

Colorado. I’m still urgently looking for someone who can post a woman’s bond in Brighton for today. Usually I could do it but I can’t get to Adams until Monday (if she has to wait, she will). Other than driving, it’s a ~20 min process. Please text or dm me. Thx!

Apparently the measles vaccine reduces childhood mortality from *all* infectious diseases, because measles is an absolute bastard of disease and impairs your immune system for several years after having it.

I know I’m not actually an adult yet, because I still get annoyed when people say “chomping” instead of “champing” or “dampen” instead of “damp”. These are not the concerns of a grown-up.
