I’m a pro at staying home. Autoimmune issue has forced me to stay home way more than most people over the years. But I’d go out every day or two just to grab groceries or whatever. A 2 minute interaction with a cashier. Being around other people. It makes a big difference.

yeah. +1 on that. even when i was in an isolation room at hospital for 6 weeks i could still see nurses and have visitors. that did a lot. now it’s rounding out week 5 of on my own. i’ll go to dr. today and it’s literally going to be the highlight. those little interactions

Despite physical and emotional stress of taking care of two small children and endless chores, I feel lucky to be surrounded by love, laughter and hugs. I wouldn't survive this lockdown if I were alone. A big shout out to my very supportive husband.
