Damn. No wonder I have such fond memories of my teens and twenties. I got to grow up during the Clinton era, then spent my twenties during the Obama era. I feel like our nation only took this dramatic turn to all digital-all the time in the past 5 years. And yes: NOT GOOD.

Makes sense since a pillar of happiness is connection (in reality not virtually). And social media is so often used by teens to compare themselves to others... not a healthy way of being
