My only disagreement with Prince Harry is:
I don’t see a meaningful difference between “unconscious bias” and “racism” there. I would challenge him to remember that being called a racist may feel bad, but it’s nothing compared to the pain and loss people suffer due to racism.

I still wish the UK would drop the monarchy altogether. The Mountbatten-Windsor family could repatriate their fortunes and run for office if they still wanted to be in leadership roles.

I remember growing up in the 90s—I thought gaining weight was the end of the world, and that cheating and abuse were immutable facts of human nature. 😬 Hyperfocusing on judgmental stuff is really bad!
I’m grateful my son isn’t exposed to it like I was.

I watched the #PrinceHarryInterview(s) on ITV and 60 minutes. I feel sad for what his family have put him and Meghan through.
Our supermarkets now are so much better now that children don’t have to see mean-spirited headlines in the checkout anymore. The UK needs to get with it.

I wish the British royal family would end the monarchy/relinquish rule altogether, give their privately held wealth back to commonwealth countries as reparations, and just quietly fade into the background. That would set a positive example for UK government and for the US.

My sister was transferred to a prison work farm in VA, where she'll serve out her sentence.
It's one of the nicer prisons in the state. Still, she'll be required to labor 8 hrs/day for $0.45/hr.

It's never enough for them. They say gender affirming care doesn't have enough evidence or studies. When doctors conduct studies, they say it's activism. It's not in good faith, they simply just don't want trans people to exist.
