Loud is okay if they were excited. But how were they rude? Like A-hole rude, or so wrapped up in their idea that they forgot about others?

Like rude to wait staff. And extremely loud even after being asked to tone it down. Not excited loud, more like we own the place loud.

Not respecting wait staff is my biggest pet peeve. Just my suggestion.if they were under 25, cut them a break.if they were over 30, a lesson
