Well maybe... Concerned citizens might tackle him, hold him down with as many people as it takes, and hold him until the police get there to exercise their public mandate to him into custody. Just a thought. Kind of old fashioned. That still legal?

Theft increases prices for the rest of us. If they file a claim with their insurance, it increases insurance rates for them and every other business in their zip code, which increases prices for the rest of us.

Walgreens increases the prices when they feel they can charge more for something. Stealing deodorant won't change that. Prices go up no matter what.
