Remember when the Trump administration said "discrimination against Jews...violates Title VI when that discrimination is based on [Jews'] actual or perceived shared ancestry or ethnic characteristics” and everyone was fine with it? Oh wait, that was the Obama administration.
Do people not understand the purpose of the Civil Rights Act? It's not about making groups *less* American, it's about guaranteeing our rights *as* Americans! One can doubt the president's motives, but the idea that Jews shouldn't have protections as a minority is really weird!
