This is unacceptable behavior. Regardless of any illnesses the employee might have. If he can’t handle the front desk without throwing a fit then he needs to work somewhere else. The guest didn’t know he was mentally I’ll obviously and it’s not an excuse either way.

he literally told the guest in the video that he has mental health problems (00:20), and yet he continued to speak over him; there is a thing called showing kindness and respecting/treating staff as human beings, which this customer didn’t do and recorded purely for a reaction...
