I don’t know how some companies choose their hold music, but I’m convinced it’s based on torture tactics. They won’t wear me down; I have two kids in middle school band.

I have to call up @CharlesSchwab sometimes and their holding music is a guy reading stock news in a super monotone voice... Could be worse though, @AskLloydsBank just have a dial tone as their hold music.
