We're 6 people working at our company and we're already feeling the inadequacy of a @SlackHQ-only communication model. We're starting to move somethings back to email/gh issues/etc.

I actually think the groups model is similar yet superior to the slack channels for organizational memory. But it'd be really sparse for 6 people
