Tried to ship something via @RoyalMail addressed to hotel concierge. Tracking said unable to sign and left a "while you were out" card. Hotel says nothing came by and no card left. How do I get my package?
When the package arrives at the post office it should update the tracking information. You should be able to collect the package with just the tracking code and your personal ID with the package name on it (I have). You could also call up RoyalMail to get the post office location
