macOS, Spotify, and my headphones all have separate volume sliders and it makes me mad.

Set your Spotify volume to the max and just use your computer volume as the source of truth :)

Just set volume to top on Spotify and your headphone. Only manage through on Mac unless you use the headphone with other devices. I do the same.
