      I respect you and the work you do a lot Kent but this rubs me the wrong way. As an egghead producer, you’re getting a share of the profit. Wrapping it up with altruism and donations seems disingenuous since you’re profiting. Why isn’t egghead giving it to these people for free?

          3. I wrote out the tweet and remembered all the people who have repeatedly told me they can't afford it. This made me sad and want to do something for them. 4. I can't afford to pay for all of their subscriptions 2/

          Doesn't seem remotely disingenuous to me. End result is lots of people end up with a subscription they wouldn't otherwise be able to afford. No one loses, the way I see it.
