I can highly recommend Schwab. They’ve been excellent every time I’ve had any problems.
Third time @BankofAmerica have decided to block our cards because of "suspicious activity". Unable to get it fixed over the phone because they can't verify me as I'm "fresh to the country". Have to go into the branch each time to resolve it. Going mad. Any new bank suggestions?

Didn't know they did checking accounts... Hmm since I already have an investment account should be relatively easy to open a new one. I'll check it out, thanks!

CapitalOne for credit cards or saving accounts. Great apps, great support. I don't think they even have physical locations!

Second CapitalOne. I use QuickSilver. These guys are so streamlined, and got my back several times with an uncooperative merchant.

@CapitalOne has been nothing but great for us as we've moved around. Either app or single phone call has taken care of everything. -
@CapitalOne is fantastic. I have two cards through them and I've never had an issue. I even quit using my@SunTrust card because they had so many issues in comparison.
