As a 20 year old, I find these sorts of comments extremely discouraging, distasteful and ageist. What sort of point are you really trying to make because making broad statements about seniority and experience based on age seems daft.

I’m talking about years of experience in the field not age. Do you think mastery comes in only 3-5 years? 10? How about 20+ What do expect to grow into?
