One thing I'm trying at the minute is putting them into the charger for a second. Seems to help, for some bizarre reason.

I had mine cut out when walking into the middle of a busy pedestrian intersection. Very weird.

Sometimes they don't reconnect until I put them back into the case, wait for a few seconds, and put them back into my ears. Annoying…
