Adding anon analytics to Babel to know what (proposed) syntax the community is using: would be a better idea than the survey's done before

I imagine that each time you run a proposal plugin during Babel tranpilation it would send a request somewhere.

How is that useful? CI and development builds would ruin any sort of useful metrics.
