Favourite use of async iterators will be having async functions `yield` and pause until next frame if their running time prevents 60fps.
which according to @samccone means there's scenarios where it wont ever be called

It doesn't need to be. We have other fallbacks. Those scenarios are when your scheduling is f-ed anyway.
