Just learnt that @opencollect are a for-profit and take 10% of all donations. Any alternatives that are non-profit and have lower fees?

Or they could have spent months setting up their legal entity, worry about accounting, and build up a website for donations /cc

Webpack are in the JS Foundation, the things you list are literally their job.

They don't do accounting and they don't allow them to collect small and recurring donations.
