@TheLarkInn webpack splits my bundles, but will not yell at me if each of the splits is 90% the same, is this by design?

Yes it is Sam. If you have 100 entries and the 90% overlapped is only 2/100 and costs 2mb is it worth the extra network req and shared bundl
